What I Do

I help you get from where you are in your life to where you want to be. I help you figure out what's working in your life, and weed out the stuff that isn't working. I help you find the answers that are right for you. The answers we seek are inside us, but sometimes we need some help finding them. That's where I come in.

Coaching is a process to support people in living their lives fully. I help my clients design lives that bring them joy, and break through self-limiting beliefs and fears in order to experience the joy on the other side.

Coaching is a valuable process for:

- designing a life that you truly love
- making meaningful life changes

My Fees

My monthly coaching fees are payable in advance, on the first of each month, by check, money order or by credit card using PayPal. I am also available for group coaching and individual one-time sessions. Please contact me for more information.

What's Included in My Fees

My monthly fee includes:
- Four 45-minute sessions
- Telephone support in-between sessions
- E-mail support in-between sessions

I'm also available for individual phone sessions.
